The agency of the future?  We're already there

Marketing people are spending a lot of time these days talking about “the agency of the future.” We mid-size agencies are already there.

How so? Because what’s needed in the agency of the future is to do what medium-size agencies have always done – whatever it takes to grow clients’ businesses.

Today’s clients need agencies that use every communications tool and approach marketing from a media neutral point of view. It’s a lot more than traditional advertising and media relations. We’re into online ads, search, e-commerce, direct and database marketing, special events, CRM. And soon it will be mobile e-commerce and who knows what else.

Smaller agencies don’t have enough resources to do it all. On the other hand, the big agencies have the resources but are often too fragmented to work together effectively.

We medium size agencies have the resources and know-how to make all the new tools work together. At our size, people work elbow to elbow and multi-discipline teams are everyday life around our shops. That makes us efficient and keeps us on the leading edge. This is nothing new for us. It’s why clients have long relied on us for everything they need, and why our attitude has always been whatever it takes. If that’s the agency of the future, we’re already there.
