Social Marketing Manager
Job Description
The Social Marketing Manager will work directly with management and collaborate with all digital, technology and client teams in the development and implementation of social media initiatives. This position will play a key role in helping drive client strategy and project implementation, from new business pitches through ongoing campaign management, focused around interactive / social marketing activities. You will be looked upon for general social media expertise. As a social marketing expert, you will be expected to understand the dynamics of all the different social media environments and be able to easily navigate the space.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management and other staff on establishing the best marketing approach to a project.
- Manage and promote client’s social media properties.
- Monitor and measure social media performance to optimize engagement and ROI.
- Stay on top of the latest breakthroughs and changes on the social media landscape • Assist with development and management of social media strategy. This includes helping determine project goals, measurement metrics, conceptualizing, planning/brainstorming, reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with team to design, develop, and present comprehensive strategic online marketing and social plan initiatives related to new and existing business development.
- Work with designers, strategists and developers to execute comprehensive marketing strategy with strong social media component.
- Provide direction and relevant insights that will guide the social media efforts and integrated marketing communications planning.
- Review, recommend, initiate and manage 3rd party relationships and partners in the social space.

Senior Interactive Project Manager
We are looking for a Senior Interactive Project Manager who has a strong work ethic and strives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
As a Senior Project Manager you must be able to manage a large multi-faceted project/account/campaign and/or oversee multiple large projects at the same time. The Sr. PM manages the development and delivery of an interactive project from initial strategy to final completion. This person is responsible for day to day activities that result in project delivery on budget, on spec and on time, while achieving the highest client satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and other departments on the creation of new interactive/social ideas and campaigns.
- Develop and manage interactive project specifications, statements of work, schedules and budgets from inception through to completion.
- Monitor performance, compile status, and develop regular reporting.
- Enforce quality control processes in each project.
- Set clear expectations for tasks and deliverables, communicating clearly to team and providing proper materials/documentation as necessary.
- Lead project team to ensure delivery of a product that meets client requirements and is up to our high agency standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a marketing agency or other professional services business.
- Experience working on web and social media campaigns
- Knowledge of current web technologies and trends
- Ability to analyze, scope, plan, estimate, coordinate and manage multiple projects
- Must be a creative, strategic and analytical thinker; ability to think through multiple options and proactively present ideas

Search and Analytics Manager
We are looking for a Search and Analytics Manager to handle the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Search campaigns. This position requires working closely with Media Department (including analytics team) and Interactive Department (project managers) to accomplish campaign goals, analyze results, draw insights and make actionable recommendations.
The ideal candidate will have experience balancing multiple tasks and deadlines while managing a large campaign, to deliver and surpass the client's goals and expectations.
