Agency Promotes Ten Employees

GLASTONBURY, CONN. /June 22, 2017 – Cronin, a digitally driven marketing agency in Connecticut, has promoted ten employees.

Kate Anderson of East Windsor, Conn., has been promoted from Senior Brand Manager to Brand Supervisor, Engagement & Influence. She joined the agency in 2007. Anderson attended Marymount College where she received her bachelor’s degree before earning her master’s degree in marketing from the University of Phoenix.

Lester Ayala of Glastonbury, Conn., has been promoted from Director of Integrated/Broadcast Production to Vice President of Integrated/Broadcast Production on the agency’s creative team. He joined the company in 1997. Ayala received his bachelor’s degree in communications with a minor in film production from Quinnipiac University.

Jodi Ciarleglio of Glastonbury, Conn., has been promoted from Senior Traffic Manager to Supervisor, Integrated Operations. She joined the agency in 2006. Ciarleglio attended Curry College where she earned her bachelor’s degree in managerial communications.

Charlene Durham of Glastonbury, Conn., has been promoted from Senior Brand Supervisor to Brand Director, Engagement & Influence. She joined the agency in 2008. Durham attended Keene State University earning her bachelor’s degree in sociology before attending Wesleyan University to receive her master’s degree in humanities.

Kelly Krug of West Hartford, Conn., has been promoted from Content Creator to Senior Content Creator on the agency’s creative team. She joined the agency in 2016. Krug received her bachelor’s degree in English from James Madison University.

Katharine Laban of East Haddam, Conn., has been promoted from Talent Specialist to Manager, Talent & Engagement. She joined the agency in 2013. Laban earned her bachelor’s degree in human resource management and industrial relations from LeMoyne College.

Sarah Reder of West Hartford, Conn., has been promoted from Senior Brand Supervisor to Brand Director, Engagement & Influence. She joined the agency in 2006. Reder attended Trinity College where she earned her bachelor’s degree in American studies.

Frank Rinaldi of West Simsbury, Conn., has been promoted from Executive Brand Director to Vice President, Executive Brand Director on the agency’s brand management team. He joined the agency in 2012. Rinaldi is a graduate of New York University’s Stern School of Business where he earned his master’s degree in strategic marketing and entrepreneurial studies.

Elliot Ross of Wallingford, Conn., has been promoted from Search and Analytics Associate to Search Analyst on the agency’s media & analytics team. He joined the agency in 2015. Ross attended Southern Connecticut State University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in sociology.

Rob Simone of Middlebury, Conn., has been promoted from Associate Digital Designer to Digital Designer on the company’s creative team. He joined the agency in 2016. Simone is a graduate of Champlain College where he received his bachelor’s degree in graphic design and digital media.
