Statewide initiative encourages Connecticut residents to “Keep it up. We’ve come too far to go back.”
GLASTONBURY, CONN. / Oct. 20, 2020 – Cronin and Off Leash Studios, its visual content company, are continuing their work with Governor Ned Lamont through a statewide campaign, which debuted late September, encouraging Connecticut residents to stay vigilant in the fight against COVID-19.
The campaign, which consists of television, radio, outdoor and social media, thanks residents for doing their part to keep Connecticut safe and healthy and congratulates them for having one of lowest COVID rates in the nation. It also encourages them to “Keep it Up, Connecticut — because we’ve come too far to go back.”
Cronin’s partnership with the Governor and his team began in March with a TV spot filmed in Cronin’s socially distanced studio telling people to wear masks, wash hands and remain socially distant.
Additionally, Cronin and Off Leash Studios created TV spots featuring Connecticut celebrities encouraging COVID-safe behavior; TV, radio and outdoor media to get people to sign up for COVID Text Alerts; online media targeting people traveling from “hot spot” states; social media targeted at millennials (the group showing the largest increase in COVID cases), as well as social media messages for college students returning to Connecticut schools.
