Cronin Launches User & Consumer Experience Podcast Series
GLASTONBURY, CONN. / September 26, 2018 – Cronin, a digitally driven marketing agency, has announced the launch of a new podcast series focusing on user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX). The series will debut a new episode each month featuring different leaders from companies across the state.
Katie Lukas, director of Experience Strategy at Cronin, hosts the podcast. Lukas leads many of Cronin’s UX and CX efforts including pioneering co-creation and design thinking approaches on the UX side to journey mapping on the CX side.
“UX and CX are critical initiatives for marketers to understand in today’s digital, always-on world and we wanted to help lead the dialogue and highlight the innovation happening right here in Connecticut,” said Kim Manning, principal and chief executive officer for Cronin. “The podcast was Katie’s brainchild and businesses of all sizes across numerous industries can benefit from the series.”
Each podcast is approximately 20-25 minutes in length. The first podcast, now live, features Eileen Redmond, president of the Connecticut Chapter of the User Experience Professionals Association (UXPA). Upcoming episodes include practitioners from LEGO, Travelers, Cigna, UCONN Health, Nassau Re and Infosys.
