Cronin is supporting its continued growth and innovation with the promotion of two senior leaders within the agency. Sean Folan has been appointed President & Chief Operating Officer and Elizabeth Proctor has been named Executive Vice President of Account Service, Strategy and Digital. Mark Demuro continues to serve as Chief Executive Officer, now in his fifth year.
The promotions follow a year of double-digit agency growth, recognition through multiple industry awards and a company rebrand, as well as the recent addition of four new clients and staff expansion across several functional areas.

Folan joined the agency in 2021 as the agency’s healthcare practice leader. Under his leadership, the agency solidified its healthcare offering and expertise with several national and regional healthcare flagship clients. In his most recent role as EVP & COO, Sean has been instrumental in achieving operational efficiency while sharpening the agency’s focus on strategic and creatively driven work. As agency president & COO, he will continue to drive innovation with the team to amplify the positive impact Cronin delivers for clients.

Proctor has played a pivotal role in securing and growing client relationships since joining the agency in 2017. During her tenure leading the Account Service team, she has overseen the development of campaigns that have not only captured industry awards but also fueled measurable business results for clients. Her ability to bring together different functions to deliver seamlessly integrated solutions for clients will be critical as oversight of the Strategy and Digital teams is added to her role.
