Kim’s been with Cronin for over 15 years, and has been chief steward of Cronin’s exceptional client service. She oversees all of the agency’s strategic and brand planning initiatives, and her style is rooted in her understanding that great strategy needs to accomplish two things – inspire brilliant communications and get results. Over the years, she’s created strategies to launch new brands and helped re-define existing brands to be more competitive. A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Kim serves on the Board of Directors for the UConn Foundation, and in 2009, was named a “Remarkable Woman In Business” by the Hartford Business Journal.
Steve has been creating compelling and memorable advertising for over 30 years for national brands such as Amica Insurance, Benihana, Konica Minolta and Tractor Supply Company. Along with Cronin co-owner Kim Manning, Steve has led Cronin to unprecedented growth, as well as to its seventh straight year as Connecticut’s Top Ad Agency. Steve has made numerous appearances on ESPN, giving his expert commentary on Super Bowl ads. He’s also a frequent guest on NBC-TV and other Connecticut media speaking about all things advertising. He attended the University of Connecticut, where he hosted the worst show in radio history, “Wake Up with Wolfie.”
Since joining Cronin & Company in January 2007, Gary has brought a well-rounded perspective to our strategic media planning approach. He has been on all sides of the table — as planner/buyer, seller and client — and his diverse experience with international packaged goods, electronics and financial services industries has given him exposure to all forms of traditional and online media.
Wayne has had two stints here at Cronin culminating in 15 years experience at the agency. He has helped create memorable and effective print, web and TV advertising for the CT Lottery, Northeast Utilities, Twinings Tea, Garelick Milk and Tuscan Dairy. Wayne has also designed award-winning logos for Konica Minolta, the CT Lottery, Centerplate and The Harriet Beecher Stowe Center. Some of his better known work has been cited by The Advertising Club of Boston (Hatch Awards), The Connecticut Art Directors Club, Print Magazine, Communication Arts Magazine and Adweek. With over 25 years of advertising agency experience, the last ten focused on digital and interactive services, Mia has worked with a wide range of clients representing major consumer brands, healthcare, insurance, non-profits and business-to-business services.
Throughout her career in agency public relations, AnnMarie has created and implemented innovative communications campaigns for a wide variety of clients on the national, regional and local level. She has built a PR team with a proven track record of generating results for our consumer products, public affairs, health care, B2B and cause-related accounts.
Jeff has nearly two decades of interactive marketing under his belt. As an agency veteran and leader of many key client relationships, he has delivered innovative solutions to clients across varied categories in the form of advocate marketing, application development, marketing automation and, most recently, virtual reality. Mard is a graduate of Rutgers College in New Brunswick, N.J., where he earned both a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and Bachelor of Science degree in sports management.
Lisa has over 26 years of print production experience and has been with Cronin since 1991 working on a wide range of clients. She oversees all facets of print production and is earnest about staying current with print technology and processes; she leads our agency workflow and now manages the Integrated Operations department.
Lester uses the skills he honed in feature films with Warner Bros. and Miramax to help create TV spots with production values well beyond their budgets. His skill, creativity and tenacity are legend in the production community.
A Cronin veteran since 1988, Dolores has responsibility for client estimating and budgeting, as well as overseeing our print production and traffic departments. A critical player on almost every project that goes through the agency, Dolores brings a rich history, amazing attention to detail, and wealth of knowledge to everything she touches.
Jeff brings more than 25 years of accounting and financial management experience to his role as CFO. Since arriving at Cronin in 1997, his expertise has been instrumental to Cronin’s long history of financial stability and success.
